Delivery Policy

UK Mainland

Items are either marked "Includes Delivery" or there is a £4.99 delivery charge per order. This delivery charge covers UK Mainland addresses only. This charge also covers "Next Day" delivery if the item is marked Next Day Delivery.

UK Islands and EU

KissMyGrass deliver throughout the EU. Shipping charges vary according to weight, destination and speed of service.

Customers are invited to enquire to 0800 883 0169, or orders can be placed with our default £4.99 charge and we will contact you to confirm the actual price.

Next Day Delivery

Items marked with our Next Day Delivery symbol will be dispatched for next working day delivery (excluding Saturday and Sunday) if the order is received by midday (12 noon). Deliveries can arrive between 8am and 5.30pm.

Seasonal Deliver

Bulbs, Trees and Hedging can only be despatched at the appropriate times. We usually display when this is. In general the following applies:

Autumn Flower Bulbs:- September - Early November

Spring Flower Bulbs:- February - May

Containerised Trees:- All Year Round

Bare Root Hedges and Trees:- October - January
